1. Sleeping just tilted to the right or left
Your sleeping position also determines the state of the skin. Sleeping position skewed to the right or left overnight will make your skin pressed the pillow and the lack of oxygen. When we wake up the skin will be fresh. And, if the habit of sleeping with only one position is your habit, it can cause wrinkles in the skin around the eyes. Train your body to sleep on their backs, or use a special pillow that can maintain the body position.
