Does Neck Pain due to Sleep Position One?
Ever heard the term “one pillow”? Yes, pain in the neck in the morning that makes you hard to see. The pain can occur all day. With the pain, your mood can change day by it. It may be that pain in the neck occurs because the position of your neck during sleep is not perfect, or side, so make your neck muscles cramp.
Fitness expert, Laurie Steelsmith, ND, recommends that you spend some time in the bath to ease the tension of muscle cramps in the neck. According to him, a strained neck is due to the blood circulation and sluggish lymph fluid into the muscle tissue. Use contrasting hydro therapy (hydrotherapy contrast) in the morning on the affected part to reduce them.
How, when a bath with shower, flush the sore neck with warm water for 20 seconds to increase blood flow, and replace with cold water for 10 seconds. Do this for 3 times, and always end with cold water. When you are finished bathing, your body will send blood flow to the skin so that no opening of blood vessels, and no more neck strain.
