Four Bad Habits That Can Make Skin Wrinkles Fast
You want to have a healthy and glowing skin. But unconsciously, you have a habit that makes the skin becomes dull and unhealthy. Like, too long a shower with warm water, clean the face too often with the scrubs and much more.

1. Sleeping just tilted to the right or left
Your sleeping position also determines the state of the skin. Sleeping position skewed to the right or left overnight will make your skin pressed the pillow and the lack of oxygen. When we wake up the skin will be fresh. And, if the habit of sleeping with only one position is your habit, it can cause wrinkles in the skin around the eyes. Train your body to sleep on their backs, or use a special pillow that can maintain the body position. Some experts recommend using satin or silk sheets because it could reduce the incidence of the wrinkles.
2. Too long a shower with hot water
Reduce the habit of bathing with hot water for a long time. Because, result in reduced lipid layer whose function is to make your skin stay moist. These layers are produced by the body every few hours. We lose the layer of skin in large numbers then that will happen is skin dryness and irritation. For that, do not shower using warm water for more than 10 minutes. Although it can make the body more relaxed but it can make the skin becomes dry and stress.
3. Frequently clean the face with a natural scrub
To lift the dead skin cells found on the face, you’d never done scrubbing or peeling with natural ingredients. This is often done to reduce the use of chemical substances.
“The use of natural ingredients such as nuts or seeds can cause skin irritation on his face,” Rich Lupo.
According to Lupo, better use of facial cleansing soap containing granules are fine, because the smaller the risk of irritation. Lupo added that if you have very sensitive skin, use a mixture of baking soda and warm water to clean the face.
4. Not doing regular eye examinations
Many people suffering from eye disorders such as minus, plus or cylindrical never checked his eyes to an ophthalmologist. In fact, the medical examination is needed to determine the appropriate use of glasses, because, if we do not use the right glasses that happens then we often frown.
If it becomes a habit then cause very visible wrinkles between the eyebrows. Lupo advised to check their eyes at least once every two years even if you do not have a problem with the eye.
